It's a celebratory year for us at anime@UTS with our 20th anniversary! This special year calls for a Special General Meeting (SGM), and we invite you to be a part of it on the 14th of April at 4:30 pm at CB11.04.400. If you're thinking of lending a hand as an executive or contributing to our subcommittee, we encourage you to express your interest through the google form provided below, under the job roles that intrigue you. Don't stress over lack of experience, consider this as a splendid learning opportunity!

Positions open for applications:

• Marketing Officer (1 position): As a Marketing Officer, you'll be tasked with marketing the club and its events, creating captivating marketing materials such as posters, videos, and social media posts. In this versatile role, you'd get to collaborate with our team of artists, communication officers, and event coordinators.

• General executive (1 position): As a General executive, you'll be assisting with a variety of tasks within the executive team and providing necessary support for events, particularly when additional help is required or the team is overwhelmed.

Also, let’s not forget, we're organizing our first-ever Subcommittee elections, an opportunity of a lifetime to develop your communication skills and dive deeper into the club’s activities, maybe even considering joining the 2022 executive team. Don’t hold back if you’re interested!
