Desiring to break free from the indoors life, aren't you? ~(˘▾˘~). AnimeSydney is excited to announce the upcoming exhilarating Yuru Camp as we bid adieu to the monotony of lockdown and welcome back living out loud. A riveting closure to your year awaits! (٩(◦`꒳´◦)۶). We cordially invite our anime comrades from AnimeMQ, SUAnime, AnimeUNSW, and anime@UTS to prepare themselves for an unforgettable experience teeming with indoor and outdoor activities designed to kindle your anime passion.

When: December 17, 2021, 2 PM till December 19, 2021, 1 PM
Where: Youthworks Conference Centres Port Hacking

Friday, 7 PM is the golden hour when the sign-ups open once more! (っ ^ ω ^ c) Remember that an affirmative signup from you, takes away an opportunity for another - so be sure before you dibs on the enjoyment! Stress-free cancellation in case of another lockdown 3 weeks ahead of camp - be assured of a full refund or an option to postpone. Contracted Covid shortly before camp? No worries, you're still up for a refund, although travel expenses might not be included.

If at any point you reconsider attending, up to three weeks before the grand event, we assure full reimbursement. After this date, partial refunds might be possible depending on circumstances.

Hooray! We've hit 140 sign-ups for the camp. Newly interested folks can join the waiting list in hope of last-minute dropouts. With your overwhelming support, we're now allowing the enjoyment of alcohol - beer, cider, and wine only, that is. Mixed beverages, spirits, premixed elixirs, drugs, or anything forbidden are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be, unfortunately, asked to vacate the campsite. A limit of one drink an hour is recommended for a healthy fun vibe.

Our annual camp theme is 'School Festival,' and we're excited to witness your creativity in school-themed activities throughout our 3-day, 2-night retreat. Make sure to carry the essentials: masks, sleeping bag, swim gear, school-themed outfits, and other important items. The comprehensive list will be sent well beforehand. Anticipate an email of successful signup and payment in the span of a week or two.

Don't delay, as the seats are scarce! Late entries might only secure you a full refund and a spot on the waiting list due to the maxed-out capacity.

The last but crucial must-have: be fully vaccinated before joining our community. We recommend getting a Covid test one week prior to the camp for ensuring the collective safety.
