Story ⚔️

This is the narrative of a time before Lightning Flash and the Black Swordsman became recognized names. The film features Asuna Yuuki, a ninth grade girl, who had no encounter with online games until she incidentally doned the NerveGear on that decisive day. The virtual world is no play zone. "Game Over" here implies meeting your demise in reality.

The movie runs parallel with season 1, evidenced from the perspective of the second-leading character, Asuna Yuuki.
