Who doesn’t love music?! With all these anime opening and ending themes, original sound tracks, and heck even J-Pop/K-Pop all around us. We should share our love for music with the rest of the world. And what better place then in your favourite university club.

This weeks Music Monday takes us back to the end of the 1990’s and one of the most iconic series around, Cowboy Bebop.

Cowboy Bebop has always been one of my favorite series. Ever since watching the show on Cartoon Network back in the days of Toonami and Adult Swim. Bebop was one of the first anime’s I ever watched and has always remained to be one of the best.

The Real Folk Blues, performed by The Seatbelts and featuring vocals by Mai Yamane features as the ending theme for Bebop.

So with Marvel vs Capcom 3 coming in Q1 next year I thought it would be nice to revisit some things of what made this game so great. Having grown up playing heaps of XvSF, MvSF and MvC, the soundtrack always seems to bring back fond memories. So here is a list of some of my favourite tracks from the VS series.

We’re quickly approaching the end of semester two, where we find ourselves inevitably drawn more and more into a manic frenzy of activity involving assignments, work and other things.

So here’s a song with some frenzied maniac singing away. DAMEDAMEDAMEDAMEDAME- this is otherwise known as the 7th opening theme of the long running Crayon Shin-Chan anime, the story of which revolves around a psychotic innocent five year old who likes to troll play with everyone.

But as the years rolled by, nothing really changed. We didn’t get our flying cars or our holograms or anything particularly fancy. Everything was the same. Nothing ever changed.
