Reminisce: Laser Tag Event

April 22, 2006, by , posted in Events, Out and About

The day was bright and sunny (‘cept for the fire), and everything went on without a hitch (‘cept for Shuai coming late), and completely embarrassment free (‘cept for 20 of us walking into sizzlers, realising we’re broke/cheap and walking out).

The general gist of the day was we ran around shooting each other in a darken room with pop music blaring from the sound system. 4 teams and a google of skin pores working overtime to cool down the elated bodies of EGG, SUAnime and Anime@UTS members the Campbelltown Lasertag event proved once again that our club is capable of interaction with human beings in other societal brackets without it culminating in holocaust. After 3 hours, the results of the competition are debatable, but kudos to Robert for getting minus 705 points.

After venting out repressed anger in the shoot out, we proceeded to go eat (after a long arduous decision of where to go) at KFC/Maccas and Krispy kremes *yum*, all in all a great day.   Thank you once again to everyone for unselfishly providing their bodies for us all to point flashy lasers at on the day!
